Mayo-less Tuna Salad with Cucumber
1 - large can of tuna, drained (read your labels, be sure it's soy free)
1 - ripe avocado
1 - handful cilantro, chopped
1 - cucumber
juice of 1/2 lime (or more if you like it more tart)
salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin (to taste)
add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together. yep. that's it. i've found it's easier to break up your tuna with a fork before adding the rest of your ingredients.
peel your cucumber and cut in half length-wise. scoop out the seeds with a spoon. fill with tuna salad. and enjoy!
